CIRCULAR ROOMS
The international forum for digitalisation and innovation in fashion

The fashion industry is undergoing unprecedented change. New challenges and opportunities are emerging at a rapid pace, presenting companies with the task of finding their way in an increasingly networked and digital world..

On March 27, 2025, Igedo Exhibitions, in collaboration with visionary partners, invites to the premiere of CIRCULAR ROOMS – Conference with exhibition. This unique event, which will take place twice a year in future, will focus on the central interfaces of IT tools, data exchange, regulation and change management.

The changing fashion industry: What really matters today and tomorrow?

The question that everyone in the fashion industry must ask themselves today is: how can companies deal with the digital transformation and the associated changes? In view of the incessant influx of data from constantly changing value chains, it is more difficult than ever to maintain an overview and act strategically. With the CIRCULAR ROOMS – Conference with exhibition – format, Igedo Exhibitions is creating a platform that not only meets the current challenges, but also presents forward-looking solutions and visions for the industry.

“The fashion industry is changing at a rapid pace. To remain successful, companies need not only innovation and adaptability, but also the ability to collaborate. With CIRCULAR ROOMS, we are delighted to offer a format that addresses these dynamic developments and creates a space for dialog about the future of the industry,” says Ulrike Kähler, Managing Director Igedo Exhibitions.

Topics of the CIRCULAR ROOMS – Conference with exhibition:

The event addresses the key issues affecting the fashion industry and beyond:

  • Regulation and change management: How can companies prepare for new legal requirements and markets?
  • Data and IT tools: What tools and systems are needed to drive digital transformation and analyse the right data?
  1. Changing value chains: How can companies make their business models sustainable and resilient?

The path to a sustainable future for the fashion industry requires a decoupling of growth from resource consumption. Special attention will therefore be paid to the core issues in the design of Digital Product Passport requirements and circular economy models, which are becoming increasingly important in the EU.

Focus on the future of fashion

CIRCULAR ROOMS – Conference with exhibition – puts digital transformation and sustainable redesign at the center of the discussion. In an increasingly interconnected world, companies must not only focus on their own sectors but also adopt pioneering solutions from other industries such as food, beauty and electronics in order to remain fit for the future.

Networking event – an evening for exchange and strategic conversations

On March 26, 2025, the event will kick off with an exclusive networking event at the Innside by Meliá Düsseldorf Hafen. From 6:30 pm, participants will have the opportunity to exchange ideas in THE VIEW (Skylounge & Bar) with food and drinks and to get in the mood for the upcoming conference day.
