Third edition of CIRCULAR ROOMS
Conference with exhibition on March 19, 2026 in Düsseldorf
CIRCULAR ROOMS 2026:
Circular Business Models, ESPR & Digital Product Passport in Focus
The first quarter of 2026 marks a crucial moment for the textile and apparel industry. With the anticipated publication of the preparatory study by the European Commission’s JRC textile team, clarity will be established for the first time regarding the future performance and data requirements under the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) and the Digital Product Passport (DPP).
Against this highly topical backdrop, Igedo Exhibitions invites you to the third CIRCULAR ROOMS – Conference with exhibition in Düsseldorf on March 19, 2026. Under the title “Circular Business Models”, the focus will be on practical approaches such as recommerce, rental and repair, material-based circular economies, data-driven lifecycle management, and the digital product passport. The aim is to demonstrate how circular business models not only have an ecological impact but can also unlock new revenue potential, strengthen customer relationships, and sustainably secure the profitability of fashion companies.
Igedo Exhibitions is pleased to continue its collaboration with Dr. Monika Hauck (Repair Rebels), who will once again moderate the event, and Andreas Schneider (CEO, Global Textile Scheme). Confirmed speakers include Andrea Homann (CEO of hessnatur), a leading voice for sustainable transformation and circular business models in the fashion industry;
Dr. Ilias Iakovidis (European Commission, DG CONNECT), a key figure in the Digital Product Passport initiative and a driving force and initiator of the European Green Digital Coalition; and Lutz Walter, founder of Think Innovation and Secretary General of the Textile ETP, an expert in European textile innovation, research, and technology development.
The event kicks off with an exclusive networking session, offering a unique atmosphere for exchange and strategic discussions. Over food and drinks and with panoramic views of the Düsseldorf skyline, industry professionals, experts, and decision-makers will prepare for the conference day.
The CIRCULAR ROOMS – conference with exhibition will once again take place at KAP.ONE, Karl-Arnold-Platz 1 in Düsseldorf. The venue provides the ideal setting for dialogue on innovation, regulation, and the future of the textile and apparel industry. It will be the European meeting point for DPP & Data, supported by CIRPASS 2 and the Global Textile Scheme Initiative.
The conference program is attached to this press release; further speakers and presentations will be added continuously. Up-to-date information about the event will be continuously updated at www.circular-rooms.com.
